Do I need to be home?
No, you don’t need to be home.
As long as we have clear access to the curb and the correct address and design details, we can complete the job without anyone being present. We’ll notify you once the service is complete and send you a photo for confirmation.
Can you come to my city right away?
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but please note there may be an additional fee for expedited service, especially for locations further away from San Jose. We’ll let you know any extra costs upfront.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in San Jose and proudly serve the surrounding Bay Area, as well as many cities throughout the Central Valley — including places like Fresno, Stockton, Livermore, and more. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to reach out!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, checks, and cash.
